This Refund Policy explains when and how you can return an item, request a refund, or exchange your purchase.


2. 30-Day Return & Refund Guarantee

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, boxes, and accessories

  • A proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) must be provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or may incur a restocking fee.


3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects

  • Gift cards or promotional items


4. Return Process

  • Your full name and order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve our service)

Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for returning the item.

Please do not send any items back without prior approval, as unregistered returns may not be processed.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  • If the item was delivered damaged or defective, we will provide prepaid return shipping and send a replacement or refund.


6. Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee may apply to all approved returns that are not due to a manufacturing error or defect.
This fee covers inspection, cleaning, repackaging, and restocking costs.


7. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after confirmation.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or credit card provider’s processing time.


8. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or style, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@mentiespurple.shop.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the desired item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund (excluding original shipping costs).


9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@mentiespurple.shop within 7 days of receiving the order.
Please include:

  • Photos or videos showing the defect or damage

  • Your order number and full name

We will review your case promptly and offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


10. Order Cancellations

Once your order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
You may return it under the standard refund policy once received.
