  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

If your item is marked as pre-order, please refer to the estimated shipping date provided on the product page. Pre-order processing times may vary.


3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times:

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping option, and total order weight.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions within certain regions โ€” these will be clearly indicated during checkout.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, youโ€™ll receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipmentโ€™s progress.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

For Canadian Customers

All orders shipped within Canada are not subject to customs duties. Local taxes (GST/HST/PST) will be calculated at checkout.

For U.S. and International Customers

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, depending on your countryโ€™s regulations.
These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

MenTiesPurple is not responsible for delays or costs caused by customs clearance.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping fees may apply.
We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect information provided by the customer.


8. Delays and Lost Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit:

  1. Contact the courier using your tracking number.

  2. If the courier cannot locate your package, email us at info@mentiespurple.shop with your order number.

Weโ€™ll investigate and, if confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.


9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mentiespurple.shop.

  • Include clear photos of the packaging and product.

  • Once reviewed, weโ€™ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

We take responsibility for any damages that occur during shipment caused by the carrier.


10. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to expedite delivery.
You will receive tracking details for each shipment if applicable.


11. Order Changes or Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it.
After this period, orders are processed immediately and cannot be changed or canceled.
